Welcome to my website, which is devoted to coaching. I share my thoughts on aspects of personal development. As an honour for my work done in 2012, ICF Hungary has awarded me ‘The Coach of The Year’ title, which I’m really grateful for. A secret voting of professionals selected my anonimous case study as the most valuable in terms of what coaching as a profession means. The year 2023 brought us another honour, as I had been ranked No.1. on the Top 10 Coaches of Budapest list compiled by The Forbetter Institute. Thanks to the coaching community and, most of all, to my clients!

I am originally an economist with an accounting and corporate valuation degree, worked many years in banking, mainly in product management but also responsible for business strategy. My leadership experience is sourced from multinational companies, different cultures, and several issues to resolve. I am known as someone who quickly oversees complex situations, easily comes up with alternate solutions and never gives up finding the best fit. Changing careers in 2009, I wanted to make sure I am authorized to work as a coach so I worked hard for the ACC credential of the International Coach Federation and upgraded my authorization to PCC – Professional Certified Coach level in 2020. Since then, I work with individuals and teams as well, I hold workshops, teach Gordon’s assertive communication and present on conferences. On average I coach 3-4 leaders from the same company and meet each of them 3-6 times – also as an average. The solution focused methodology that I prefer to use helps us to Do More With Less!
I also find it very important to give back so I work with several civil organizations on a pro bono basis and tutor talented kids under MATEHETSZ’s coordination. With over 600 hrs of study and 2500 hrs of coaching practice I have a big bunch of grateful clients and their all-positive feedback urges me to put more and more effort into being a professional coach.
