I am a born idea generator who is also native to change. A cheerful individual whose brain sometimes works just too quickly but over the course of my 45 years of existence, I have learned how to manage it for the better 🙂

I am an economist with additional studies in law. For a very long time, I thought that I could only feel comfortable in the world of numbers, I studied accounting and company valuation, and then got a job in the banking sector. I gained experience in the areas of process organisation, risk management, controlling and product development, and then managed the work of a product management team as a manager. My operation was characterised by a strategic approach: we quickly delivered multiple solutions, constantly adapting to market needs.

Motherhood brought change to my life. After the birth of my first daughter, I wanted to learn something new, through which I could learn more about people, their relationships, and myself. That’s how I found coaching. It was love at first sight: I immediately threw myself into learning and began to test my wings in practice. I followed an interesting path until I realised that it emphasised the need to help, to listen patiently, and to ask questions incessantly.

Leadership development is my main focus, because in this I am able to combine my own leadership experience with the methodology of solution-oriented coaching. As the conversation requires: I may share theoretical knowledge, or I may help you find your own solution. It is certain that during our (usually 90-minute) conversation, I will use all my knowledge and intuition to ensure that your time spent with me is of the greatest possible benefit to you. On average, I meet my clients 6 times, during which time we can achieve a significant change if you are really committed!

As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), I consider the ethical standards formulated there to be the guiding principles for my work. In 2012, the Hungarian Section of the organisation awarded me the title “Coach of the Year” based on professional criteria. In the ICF certification system, I obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) degree in early 2013, and then the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) degree in May 2020, which proves that I carry out my coaching activities at a high level on an international level.

2023 also brought me a new award, and in addition, as a result of an international, professional, anonymous rating, I received first place on the Top10 Coaches of Budapest list courtesy of The Forbetter Institute. Currently, I am working hard on my PhD research which is aimed at building a model about the leadership tools that are used effectively when leading teams in a hybrid working environment (working partly in the office, partly from home).

In addition to individual and team coaching processes, I hold skill development trainings and organisation development workshops in both Hungarian and English, and as a trainer, I teach the skills of assertive communication according to the Gordon model. I developed my own development methodology by synthesising a wide range of my studies, so I combine the solution-oriented methodology with the GROW model, NLP, TA, and Gestalt foundations.

I have been giving lectures at various conferences for years, writing about my experiences for professional magazines and portals. In 2017, I launched my ‘Good Enough’ Leadership Programme, with which, at the request of Forbes.hu, I made my previous leadership development experience widely available online. In 2020, my podcast was launched under the name Life Hack Podcast on Jazzy Rádio, where I talked with László Jazzkovács for 69 Wednesdays. At the beginning of 2023, we launched a leadership-themed series called Lead at Ease on radiocafe98’s WomenPower Power programme. The parts that have already been aired can be listened to on my Spotify channel.

The explosive development in the IT world induced the creation of the Future IT Manager Program, in which CIOs and IT managers learn the most important management skills from us. These past few years have also drowned out my attention to the potential usage of AI within leadership, so more content to come on that!

I am committed to continuous learning, which is why I also invest energy in self-education and the development of others. From September 2021, as a PhD researcher at the International Doctoral School of István Széchényi University, I will examine the management toolkit that can be successfully applied in a hybrid work environment, I regularly work pro bono with foundations and support talented young people as a tutor at MATEHETSZ. I am interested in a lot of things and I like to connect seemingly distant topics, so I write a lot. Feel free to use this wealth of knowledge – browse to your heart’s content!
