I’m Brigitta, an executive coach, leadership team coach and facilitator. I work with senior leaders, CEOs, founders and leadership teams, helping them think clearly, have the conversations that matter and move forward on the challenges in front of them.
My first career was in business. I studied economics and law, then worked in multinational banking across process development, risk management, controlling and product development. I later led a product management team. Those years taught me to look at leadership from both sides: the people involved and the business system they work in.
I found coaching after years in corporate life, drawn by a wish to understand people, relationships and how change happens. That interest became my profession. For more than 18 years now, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations through executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development and organizational work.
Change is my native language. People are my passion. Building tolerance is my mission. By tolerance, I mean the capacity to stay curious when people see things differently, when a situation is uncertain or when the easy answer isn’t the useful one. I bring energy and ideas to my work, and I enjoy helping people notice connections they may have missed. A little humour can help, too; serious work does not have to feel stiff.
I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and a PhD in Leadership Studies from Széchenyi István University. My research explored leader–follower dynamics in hybrid work, including how regular one-to-one conversations relate to the quality of working relationships. It gives me another way to examine questions I also meet in organizations every day.
I was named Coach of the Year in Hungary back in 2012 and ranked first on the Top 10 Coaches of Budapest list in 2023, named High-Impact Executive Coach of Central Europe in 2025. I also teach leadership and business topics at Corvinus University Budapest and run leadership podcasts with over 100 episodes now.
I also make time for pro bono work with foundations and have been organizing a choir for 400+ high school students to perform together on the biggest stage of Hungary.
