I work with senior leaders, CEOs, founders and leadership teams when growth, change or complexity calls for a fresh look at how they lead and work together.
My work gives leaders room to step back from the immediate pressure, see the situation more clearly and decide what to do next. With teams, I help create the conditions for open conversations, shared responsibility and better decisions.
How I work
I start with the real situation in front of you: a difficult decision, a team that has lost momentum, a leadership role that has changed, or a growing business that needs its leaders to work differently.
Depending on what the situation calls for, I work through executive coaching, leadership team coaching, C-level facilitation or tailored leadership development. The process is practical and focused. We make sense of what is happening, explore the choices available and identify steps you can take back into your work.
I bring 25 years of business experience, including leadership roles in multinational banking, to my coaching practice. That experience helps me understand the organizational context around a leadership challenge: the decisions, relationships, expectations and trade-offs involved.
Research that connects with practice
I hold a PhD in Leadership Studies, obtained in 2025. My research examined leader–follower dynamics in hybrid work, including how regular one-to-one conversations relate to the quality of working relationships.
The research keeps me curious about how leadership works in practice. My coaching and organizational work, in turn, keeps those questions grounded in the realities leaders face every day.
A little more about me
I have been supporting leaders for more than 18 years. I hold the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I was named Coach of the Year in Hungary in 2012 and ranked first on the Top 10 Coaches of Budapest list in 2023.
I write and speak about leadership, including my Az Elég Jó Vezető series for Forbes.hu and my podcasts on Jazzy and radiocafe. I work in Hungarian and English.
